Order Processing Time

  • All orders will vary in processing times as each item is "made to order", some items take longer to make than others.
  • Most items ship within 1-2 weeks

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates will be provided to you during checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Damages

  • The Chipped Hammer Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
